Appeal Turned Down

Lord Justice’s Laws, McCombe and Floyd have upheld the decision made by Lord Justice Proudman and turned down Bristol Rovers appeal against the judgement.

So after all Nick Higgs “watertight contract” was so watertight after all. Time to look to the future Gasheads.
