Balanta Signs For Carlisle

Angelo Balanta has signed a short term contract with League Two side Carlisle United.

Balanta who is about to turn 26 has signed until with the League Two club until the end of 2015. He made 18 appearances during his time with Rovers, but only started three games last season. He scored once for Rovers in the 2-1 win over Barnet back in November.

He did scored a penalty in the shoot out play off win over Grimsby Town in the Conference Play off final. He has also played for QPR, Yeovil, Wycombe and MK Dons.
