Rovers created an early chance, but striker Ryan Brunt fired straight at Jordan Archer in the Wycombe goal. It was a difference Rovers performance with Rovers having to battle to keep Wycombe out. Rovers did take the lead on 35 minutes when the hard working Ryan Brunt fired home a volley from the edge of area.
