Defender Signs For Rovers


Bristol Rovers Manager John Ward has secured the services of defender Clayton McDonald.

The defender has signed from Port Vale until the end of the season. The 24 year old has made 26 appearances for Port Vale this season and has scored once. McDonald started out at Premiership side Manchester City and after being sent out on loan several times before being released and signed for Wallsal.

In total he has made 59 appearance for Port Vale over two seasons. His current contract with Port Vale runs out at the end of the season.
