Defender Signs New Deal

Defender Tom Lockyer has today agreed a new deal to remain at Bristol Rovers.

The 23 year old centre back has made over 200 appearances for Rovers since making his debut back in January 2013 and is this seasons captain. He has been with Rovers since being released by Cardiff in 2011 and signed a two year scholar with Rovers.

On signing the contract Tom said to The Official website Tom said “It was an easy decision. There were a few things to think about, obviously, but the main thing for me is to get back to my best, sign a new deal and put everything to one side and just concentrate on my football.”
