Downes Could Be Out All Season

On loan defender Aaron Downes could be out injured for the rest of the season after picking up an injury in the win against Bradford.

Downes is on loan for the rest of the season from League One side Chesterfield but may now miss the rest of the season due to picking up a Cartilage injury to his knee. Downes has been in impressive form since signing from Chesterfield at the beginning of January.

Rovers have other injury worries over Woodards, Carayol and Sawyer. Wayne Brown and Adam Virgo are still out long term
