Goalkeeper Neil Etheridge has had his loan spell with Bristol Rovers cut short due to his parent club Fulham recalling the shot stopper.

The 22 year old has been in fine form for Rovers since arriving on loan from Fulham back in September and has made twelve appearances and has had one clean sheet. Etheridge was due to miss a couple of games whilst he was away on international duty with the Philippines in the 2012 AFF Suzuki Cup.

Rovers still have Sam Walker who is on loan from Premiership side Chelsea and young keeper Conor Gough to call upon. Last season first choice keeper Scott Bevan is still out injured and is still no where near a return to action.
