Gaffney Star Man In MK Dons Win


Striker Rory Gaffney has been voted as Star man by Vital Gas readers for his performance in Rovers 2-0 home win over MK Dons.

The striker grabbed Rovers second goal after Tom Nichols had scored his first goal in a Rovers shirt. Gaffney picked up a rating of 8.33 for his performance with defender Tom Broadbent picking a rating of 7.67 in second. In third was striker Tom Nichols who got a rating of 7.56.

The lowest rating given to a player in the starting line up was 6.44 given to midfielder Liam Sercombe.

Manager Darrell Clarke picked up a rating of 7.78, whilst referee Micheal Salisbury got a rating of 7.00.
