Bristol Rovers are giving a trial to young French goalkeeper Alexis André Jr.

The 20 year old keeper has spent the last year with former Wolves goalkeeper Matt Murray at the Nike Academy. Its believed he will travel to England and begin his week long trial as Rovers return for training on Monday. He could also play in Rovers up coming friendly’s.

Rovers are currently with out a first team goalkeeper as Will Puddy has left the club, Steve Mildenhall is now coach and Joe Lumley has returned to Queens Par Rangers after his successful loan spell.
