Injury Blow For Rovers


Left back Jim Paterson has been dealt an injury blow ahead of the new season.

Paterson broke his leg playing in Rovers 1-0 win away at Hereford United. The 33 year old was injured when his studs caught in the turf, it was first thought in was only a short term injury but after scans it was revealed that Jim had fractured his fibula and will be out of action for up to six weeks.

Paterson has been at Rovers for around 18 months and signed a new 12 month contract this summer.
