Tom Lockyer scored his first senior goal to earn Rovers their second victory in a row.

Rovers welcomed back striker Matt Harrold and Eliot Richards to the bench and John Ward recalled Ellis Harrison to the starting line up in place of Alfie Santos.

Lockyer headed home Lee Browns cross after just two minutes to get Rovers off to a great start. Rovers did suffer an injury to striker Ryan Brunt around the half an hour mark, but Ward has not ruled out Brunt playing against Bristol City on wednesday Night.

Rovers moved up to 11th in League Two after todays win.
