Lockyer Signs

Young defender Tom Lockyer has signed a two year deal with Bristol Rovers.

The 18 year old centre back broke in to the first team this season and has been named on the bench a number of times. Lockyer has made four appearances as sub for Rovers this season, his first was as a second half sub in the 3-0 away win over Fleetwood back in January.

Lockyer is the fourth youngster to sign pro deals following Second year scholars Josh Southway (striker) and Pat Keary (centre back)who has signed one year deals, whilst first year scholar Jamie Lucas (striker) has signed a two year deal with the club.
