Rigg On Trial At Rovers

George Rigg is currently spending time on trial with Bristol Rovers after being released by Premiership side Stoke City.

The former Bristol City academy player can play at right back or in centre midfield. Rigg was a regular for Stoke Citys Under 21’s side and scored a volley from the edge of the box in his final game against Manchester City. George is the cousin of former Rovers player Sean Rigg.

He will stay with Rovers this week and train with the rest of the squad.
