Centre back Jake Salter-Clarke will be out for around 8 to 12 weeks after picking up an injury in last night 5-1 defeat at home to Charlton Athletic.

The youngster who is on loan from Chelsea had to leave the field around the hour mark and spent the night in hospital. The 20 year old will need an operation after the club confirmed he had fracture dislocation of his elbow and will miss 8 to 12 weeks whilst he recovers.

Clarke-Salter has made seven appearance for Rovers this season after signing on dead line day on a season long loan deal along with fellow Academy player Charlie Colkett.
