Forest Green Rovers striker Matty Taylor has today agreed to join Bristol Rovers.
The 23 year old will team up with Rovers at the end of this month when his current contract with Forest Green runs out. He had a successful loan spell with Chester City last season scoring six goals in seven appearances, his form with Forest Green was not as impressive scoring just three times in 25 appearances although half of those appearances was from the bench.
Taylor is the second signing for Rovers this summer, both have been strikers. Jamie White signed from Salisbury on a free last week.
