Trollope Pleased So Far

After watching his side brush aside Bath City 5-2, Paul Trollope declared himself pleased with what he has seen.

Rovers dominated the first half taking a 4-0 lead into half time before making ten changes to his side.

Trollope told the club’s official website: ‘We were pleased with the levels of fitness and with some of the play and we didn’t pick up any injuries, which was pleasing.

We scored some good goals and could possibly have scored a few more and their fitness levels looked good which was very, very encouraging.’

Sammy Igoe scored 2, while Lescott, Walker and Rigg all got 1.
