Ward Confirmed By Rovers

John Ward has been confirmed as the new manager of Bristol Rovers as reported by Vital Gas yesterday.

Ward has signed a deal that will keep at the club until the end of the season, but with a few of extending the deal further. This will be Wards second stint in charge having first managed Rovers between 1993 and 1996, when he led Rovers to the Play Off Finals but lost to Huddersfield 2-1.

Its not clear yet as to what will happen to current number two Shaun North.
