Young winger Ryan Broom has today agreed a new contract to stay at Bristol Rovers.

The 20 year old has been with Rovers since he was twelve and signed his first Pro contract with Rovers in 2015. He pushed his way into Darrell Clarke first team plans after a loan spell with Conference South side Bath City where he made six appearance and scored once. He made six appearances from the bench for Rovers this season.

Broom was one of five players offered new deals by Rovers at the end of the season. James Clarke and Broom are the only two to sign their new deals. Rory Gaffney, Ellis Harrison and Alfie Kilgour have yet to sign the deals offered to them.
