Bristol Rovers Manager Darrell Clarke has brought in a defender to bolster his squad.
Rovers have brought in Middlesbrough defender Jonny Burn on a permanent deal. The 22 year old centre back was Middlesbrough Under 21 captian before signing for Rovers. He did not make a first team appearances during his time with the Premiership club, but did spend time out on loan.
Last season he made 12 appearances for Oldham in League One whilst on loan and spent the start of this season on loan with Scottish Premiership side Killmarnock where he played 10 times.
Burns becomes the fourth new signing this window, Clarke has already brought in goalkeeper Lumely and defenders Sweeney and Partington
