Director Geoff Dunford has today resigned from his role at Bristol Rovers.
Geoff Dunford has been involved with Rovers for around 30 years and was chairman between 2004 and 2007. Bristol Rovers are playing in the Conference for the first time in 94 years and have failed to win in any of their first games and on Saturday lost to part time club Altrincham.
Geoff Dunford says he tried to resign in February but was talked out of it by fellow board members.
