Kuffour Leaves Rovers

Jo Kuffour has today agreed to join League Two side Gillingham.

Kuffour has just returned from a loan deal with Gillingham after scoring 7 goals in 12 appearances. The 30 yar old has been Rovers since 2008 and has made over 100 appearances for Rovers during that time and has scored 35 goals.

Kuffour fell out of favour with former boss Paul Buckle who was sacked just over a week ago, but was sill allowed to move to Gillingham by the board. Kuffour had expressed a wish to move closer to London.
