The referee for todays League One clash against Oxford United Is Charles Breakspear from Surrey.
Mr Breakspear has been in charge of two games so far this season and has sown seven yellows cards. The last time he was in charge of a Rovers games was December last year when Rovers beat Dagenham & Redbridge 3-0 away from home. Rory Gafney as booked for Rovers that day.
