Captain Tom Parkes has signed a new contract with Bristol Rovers that will keep him at the club until the summer of 2016.
The 21 year old was signed in the summer of 2012 after succesful loan spells with club, he was made captain by John Ward on New Years Day in the absence of Matt Gill and Gary Kenneth and has kept it ever since.
Parkes already has over 70 appearances for Rovers to his name and is the youngest Captain in the Football League.
