Parkes Up For Player Of The Month

Bristol Rovers centre back Tom Parkes has been nominated for Player Of The Month for January.

The 21 year old former Leicester City defender has been nominated along with AFC Wimbledon’s Paul McCallum and Northampton’s Chris Hackett. Parkes has been in great form under new Manager John Ward who is also up for Manager Of The Month. Parkes has been names as captain under Ward and has put in some impressive displays at the heart of the Rovers defence.

The winner will be announced on Friday Febuary 15 at 10:00am on Sky Sports News.
