Bristol Rovers are close to securing the services of Colchester United midfielder John Joe O’Toole.
O’Toole has spent the summer trying to break in the first team plans at Colchester United but after not being involved in the last three friendlies he has decided to move on. Vital Gas understand that Rovers are front runners to sign O’Toole who was on loan during the second half of last season, but there is one other club who are also in talks with the midfielder.
The deal is by no means done and dusted yet!
