Rovers Lose At Home

Bristol Rovers lost at home to Aldershot Town and slipped down to 16th in the League Two table.

Paul Buckle made one change to the side that beat Shresbury in midd week. Captain Matt Gill missed out through injury so Joe Anyinsah was haned a start.

Alex Rodman scored the only goal of the game for Aldershot 36 minutes in, firing a low shot past Scott bevan from 12 yards out. Shots keeper Scott Worner did save well form Chris Zebroski and Joe Anyinsah, but Rovers were to suffer their third League defeat of the season.

Rovers next face table toppers Morecambe away next Saturday.
