Bristol Rovers opened their pre-season campaign with a 2-1 win over
Blue Square Premier side Weymouth.
New striker Darly Duffy got Rovers back on level terms after good link up play with strike partner Rickie Lambert, Weymouth had taken a 20th minute lead.
Joe Jacobson got Rovers winner in the second half. 22 players were used during the friendly with midfielder David Pipe missing out after breaking his nose.

Good start to pre-season with alot of players getting pitch time under their belts.

i know i was suprised at that, as i was hoping to hear how he got on. Perhaps they are saving hi, for Sat. They did get alot of players out, from what Trolls has said looks like he knows already which players are a def for Carlisle
