Winger Alefe Santos has moved to Championship side Derby County.
Santos was all set to sign for Premiership side Hull City, but a last minute change of heart saw Santos sign a two year deal with the Championship side. The 19 year old was offered a new contract with Rovers turned it down, he also has the option of a further 12 months on his contract with Derby County.
The fee for Santos who played 27 times for Rovers will be decided by a tribunal.
