Shortwood United striker Duncan Culley is currently on trial with the club.
The 25 year old has already had trials with Cheltenham Town and Oxford United and scored in Oxfords 10-1 win over Abingdon. It’s understood that Salisbury are also keen on the striker after he played for them in their 8-1 win over Shrewton in which Culley scored five.
Culley was at The Memorial Stadium on Friday night to see Rovers defeat against Coventry City. It’s believed that Clarke has already held talks with Culley.
The front man hit the headlines in the Southern League South and West Division last season, bagging an impressive 39 goals in league and cup competitions.
