Disley: It’s Not Acceptable

Bristol Rovers midfielder Craig Disley has today spoke out over his concerns over Rovers current league position.

Disley is worried Rovers are sitting to close to the drop zone. Rovers do have at least one game in hand on most of the teams around, but are only one point outside the relegation zone.

Disley told Radio Bristol: ‘That means nothing.

‘I would rather have points on the board than games in hand. We don’t want to be looking over our shoulders at this stage of the season.

‘We feel we’re a good enough team not to be down there. It’s not acceptable.’

Rovers face high flying Leeds United at Elland Road on Saturday and will be hoping to come away with something, but it will not be easy. Leeds are unbeaten at home so far this season.
