Gasheads are still eagerly awaiting news on striker Richard Walker’s contract.
Many fans was expecting news on Walker after July 1st, but still no news? So Walker is Officially out of contract. Richard Walker was top scorer last seson with 23 goals including two in the play off final against Shrewsbury.
Leyton Orient have reportedly shown interest in Walker, however Walker has said he wants to stay. Walker told BBC Sport sometime ago ‘I definitely want to stay, I’ve enjoyed my time here and if it gets sorted then I’ll be delighted.’

Usually when things drag on like this its not a very good sign. Its probably his agent banding his name around trying to get him a better deal and a better deal for himself.
