Midfielder Oliver Norburn has been recalled to the starting line up and German winger Fabian Broghammer is back on the bench.
Joe Anyinsah misses out through injury that he picked up in the 3-0 win against Burton on Saturday. Apart that one forced change the rest of the starting line up is the same as the side that beat Burton Albion. Former Rovers players Danny Coles, Pat Baldwin and Jamie Cureton all start for Exeter City.
