Reserves Lose To City

Bristol Rovers played a friendly behind closed doors today at Bristol City training ground.

Rovers lost the game 2-0 with strikers David Clarkson and Jon Stead scoring for City. Good news for Rovers was Captain Matt Gill again come through a match with no set backs. The midfielder who has been sidelined due to injury played 75 minutes in today’s defeat.

There was also run outs for a few of the players that have not been getting much game time recently, Byron Anthony, Scott McGleish, Michael Smith and keeper Lance Cronin all had run outs as well as Ben Swallow and youngsters Jordan Goddard and Mitch Harding.
