Rovers first team coach Paul Trollope is confident his side can move up the table.

Rovers drew 2-2 with Leeds United thanks to a Jeff Hughes strike, his second in two games and a 90th minute goal from sun Jo Kuffour.

Trollope told the official ‘There are certain things we need to work on, which are obvious, but we are progressing, and that is the main thing.

‘Our league position we feel is still a bit false with the games in hand and we still think we can claw up the table.

‘We have got 11 wins, 11 draws and 11 defeats now, and hopefully that is a record we can build from and have a good last little set of games.’

Bristol Rovers lie in 14th after yesterdays point. Next up for Rovers is a trip to Hereford United.
